# Assemblr Studio Editor Updates - Jun 2025

New Updates on Editor!&#x20;

### 3D Text Revamp

3D text design and usability improved!

* 3D text shapes are now smoother, and the speed of adding text has been enhanced, so you can type faster than ever.&#x20;
* You can now use the Enter key to easily add multiple lines.
* Fixed an issue where the 3D text shading would disappear when changing the font or color.
* Additional updates: smaller default text size, a new standard font, and an updated default color.

### Additional Improvement on the User Experience

Additional improvement to enhance your editing experience!&#x20;

* The snap button is now tucked neatly under the collapsible section.
* Moved the delete icon to the front for quicker access.&#x20;
* Annotations now appear in this order: line first, then circle.&#x20;
* 3D assets now show object names instead of long IDs.&#x20;
* Changed the icons of "group" and "import 3D" for better consistency.
* Renamed the “Add Group” button into “Create Group”.&#x20;
* The publish icon now takes the shape of an airplane.
* Clicking on a scene thumbnail now opens the scene settings directly, and you can hide thumbnails with a new toggle in the scene pop-up.

### Editor Functionality Improvements

Editor functionality improvements to boost your workflow!&#x20;

* Added some shortcut directories: D to quickly duplicate objects, V to show or hide the visual coding pane, G to toggle the grid, and C to show or hide colliders.&#x20;
* Multi-select upgrade: adding individual bounding boxes for each selected object, and you can access our new group creation menu with ease.&#x20;
* Added orthographic view controls (top, left, right, back, front, bottom) to navigate your scene more precisely.&#x20;
* Consistent camera position between Editor and Preview.
* New button of **Show Bundle** right under the Change Object button for faster access to other 3D assets from that bundle.&#x20;
* Added a storage indicator in the 3D upload section to help you keep an eye on your file usage.
